1. Consultancy Scope

Chanakya Global provides overseas study consultation, university course shortlists, document review checklists, and visa application administrative support. We do not provide immigration legal representation, job recruitment sponsorship, or direct work placement services.

2. No Visa Guarantee

All decisions regarding student visa approvals, permanent residency (PR), work permits, or entry clearances rest entirely with the respective government departments (such as IRCC in Canada, DHA in Australia, or European embassies). Chanakya Global holds zero control over approval decisions, timelines, or official policy changes.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing authentic academic transcripts, valid language score records, and legitimate proof of funds documents. Chanakya Global does not verify document authentication and accepts no liability for delays or refusals arising from fabricated or incorrect submissions.
